1. Service Overview

Boost Profits Bookkeeping provides remote bookkeeping services including:

  • Monthly bookkeeping

  • Clean-up & catch-up

  • Payroll assistance

  • Accounts payable/receivable management

  • Financial reporting

  • QuickBooks setup and training

The scope of services will be defined in a written agreement or proposal.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete financial information in a timely manner

  • Maintain necessary subscriptions (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

  • Respond to information requests when needed

  • Comply with tax laws and financial regulations

We are not responsible for incorrect reporting caused by incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client.

 

3. Payments & Billing

  • All fees will be outlined in your agreement or invoice.

  • Payments must be made by the due date listed.

  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

  • Subscription-based plans renew automatically unless canceled in writing.

 

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client financial information.
We will not share any data unless:

  • Required by law, or

  • Explicitly authorized by the client

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Boost Profits Bookkeeping is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by delays in receiving required documents from the client

  • Penalties resulting from incorrect data provided by the client

  • Third-party software issues (e.g., QuickBooks outages)

  • Business decisions made by the client based on interpreted financial data

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

 

6. No Legal or Tax Advice

While we provide financial reporting and bookkeeping support, we:

  • Do NOT provide legal advice

  • Do NOT file taxes unless explicitly stated

  • Do NOT act as certified public accountants (CPAs)

Clients should consult a licensed CPA or attorney for legal or tax matters.

 

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances must be paid

  • We will return client documents upon request

  • Access to shared systems may be removed

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, and layout—is owned by Boost Profits Bookkeeping and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates.
